Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

14 DAY LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT GUARANTEE

STOCKING ORDERS:

If you don’t care for the product within the first 14 days, we will replace your item with one more suitable to you or refund your purchase price minus handling costs for restocking. Shipping costs each way will be borne by buyer. Original buyer must first acquire a return authorization number (RA#) and proper shipping address prior to return. All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee. Any missing parts or damages to product will be deducted from refund.  All refunds take 14 days to process.

Condition of Goods

Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@orgonbalance.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
